The location of the hotel was great, situated in a historical monastery with original frescoes on the walls. It was in the center of a super busy city, near all the downtown area. The rooms were divine and the service was impeccable, just like you'd expect from this kind of hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices and the staff were always ready to be of assistance. The spa and indoor pool were fabulous additions to the hotel.

The main courses from the kitchen were under seasoned and bland, especially the risotto.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and garden, a pleasant surprise in the middle of a busy city. The overall service was great, with helpful staff at the entrance and reception. The room was modern, classy, and comfortable, with a clean and bright bathroom. The room service was enjoyable, and the hotel was quick to call me when I forgot a sentimental item.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and we particularly loved the fine location in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all major attractions as well as key shopping destinations in the centre of the downtown designer shopping district.

I was blown away by the beauty and elegance of the Four Seasons. The central location in the heart of the shopping district was perfect for exploring the city. The courtyard garden, although I couldn't enjoy it due to the weather, added a touch of tranquility to the hotel. The warm and inviting lobby, decorated with festive Christmas decorations, instantly made me feel at home. The Verandah restaurant impressed me with its excellent food and service. The concierge team was helpful and patient, assisting us with everything from restaurant reservations to transportation. Our executive suite was beautifully renovated and the housekeeping service was perfect. I had a lovely stay at the Four Seasons.

Nothing it is perfect.

Located in the heart of the bustling city, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring. It is just a short walk away from all the major attractions and popular shopping destinations. The hotel itself is a former monastery, which adds a unique charm to the ambiance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who cater to all your needs. Breakfast is delicious and there are excellent facilities, including a luxurious spa and concierge services.

We were kinda surprised by the really good level of courtesy and service offered by every single member of the staff at the Four Seasons. They were very good too make our stay nice and enjoyable. The attention to detail and unexpected surprises made us feel valued as guests. Despite the few drawbacks, the Four Seasons Milano has become one of our favorite hotels. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost luxury and exclusivity. the hotel had all the amenities that we could have dreamed of including a top, notch spa and wellness center that catered to all of our needs. the indoor swimming pool was divine, with sun loungers that allowed us to soak up the warm atmosphere in comfort. the food at the restaurant was impeccable and made us feel like royalty.

We did notice a slight issue with the Wi, Fi connection that could have been improved for a more seamless stay. Despite this, the staff was quick to address and solve the minor issue.
